Mitsui Culinary Art Museum - Taipei, Taiwan

"Mitsui Culinary Art Museum is hidden as a cosmopolitan paradise amidst the bustling city with a simplistic grand atmosphere that greets one warmly at the door...the ambiance is luxuriant and beautiful. Not only are the hustle and bustle of the city blocked outside the door, all the tension and uneasiness seem to have suddenly dissolved away..."

Taipei, Taiwan is one of my favorite cities in the world, not only for its untapped beauties, but for the various culinary treats that can be found, if one looks in the right places. Traveling in Asia, I have found that chefs are very proud of their creations and there is no better way to see this than in set courses in various restaurants.

A la carte at Mitsui Culinary Art Museum has never been an option for me...
